design for a commercial centre at the entrance to every provincial capital of cambodia, offering a full range of related services under one roof. added f&b, a mart, a meeting hall for lease, a central play island, modern toilets and an atm hall with convenient parking make the venue attractive to the larger neighbourhood as much as to travellers.

an independent, concave roof perched on slim steel columns combined with a bamboo louvre, shelters the crystal-clear cabins from the elements while allowing for optimal natural ventilation. water falling from the roof into the shallow central pool creates a spectacular curtain during heavy monsoon rains. The roof is covered with photovoltaic panels to power the hub.

the cabins are grouped in three fragments, leaving gaps for access to the central court from various sides. all services are displayed to the entering visitors at once. Every space is easily accessible for people with restricted mobility.
