the design challenge for this fine dining establishment on a residential tower’s ground floor in phnom penh’s boeung keng kong 1 district laid in the given extreme low room height, confined views and restricted budget.

a lounge like set up under a low hanging, indecipherable night sky, hiding beams and conditioned air supply, is hold and served by a glooming, long bar counter made of steel and sandblasted glass. a separate room provides privacy for business meetings and private dinners.
